The Spyder is a system capable of three different effector types, providing agile, autonomous defence against a multitude of airborne threats, including fixed and rotary wing aircraft, unmanned aerial vehicles (CLASS II-III), cruise missiles and precision-guided munitions.
Short- to long-range, fast-reaction air defence system depending on the effector.
Large area and force protection against aircraft, helicopters, UAVs and cruise missiles.
Fully autonomous, instantaneous reaction time and ability to respond to multiple simultaneous threats.
Radar imagery can be external or generated by the system itself.
Deployable in minutes in difficult terrain, with short reaction times and a minimised logistical footprint, the system can be seamlessly integrated with a stand-alone SPYDER battery, enhancing operational flexibility.
